Go one step beyond Tinariwen with this six-piece band from Niger, whose infectious guitar work-outs – rooted in a whole range of west African musical traditions – take in astonishing counterpoint and time signature switches. They’re already huge in Niamey but this is their first UK show, a warm-up for Womad.
