The Humphrey Lyttelton Band + Laura Jurd Quintet

Wally Fawkes and Karen Sharp lead a tribute to the great British trumpeter, broadcaster, comedy host, Radiohead sidekick and oddly progressive swing veteran Humphrey Lyttelton, who died in 2008. Support comes from emerging young trumpeter Jurd, who mixes fast flourishes with a mature sound on his distinct originals.
