The Moss Project + Motiv

Exciting guitarist Moss Freed leads his Radiohead-tinged outfit through moody, cinematic sounds that blur the line between folk, rock and jazz with imagination and flare. Support comes from rather good seven-piece jazz-meets-hip hop collective Motiv, fronted by saxophonist Mike Hobart, mixing Art Ensemble/Pharaoh Sanders-style wig outs with funky beats and basslines.
