Time Out says

If ever we expected a band to die a swift death, it was The Twang. Hyped to heaven back in 2007, they faded from view after awful reviews of their debut album 'Love It When I Feel Like This', which basically sounded like Happy Mondays with shouty 'whoah-oh' choruses instead of any wit or charisma. But incredibly they're still hanging around, tonight aiming to take a couple of thousand fans into 2016 with a bang at this big New Year’s Eve show. Carl Barât from The Libertines plays a DJ set too.
