The claustrophobic trip-hop maverick rapper and producer returns with a new album, ‘False Idols’. His live sets are a bit hit and miss nowadays, but at their best they’re full of smoke-shrouded dread, and are even scarier for anyone who remembers his (ineptly) villainous turn in Luc Besson’s ‘The Fifth Element’.
