Time Out says

Prior to the annual festival in Krakow, Unsound makes a visit to London to showcase some Polish talent in association with the capital's Polish Cultural Institute. Kicking things off at the BFI Southbank are the spaced-out, echo-y, low-end sonics that create the cinematic soundscapes of Demdike Stare, who'll be boasting a full A/V show, 'Concealed', in collaboration with visual artists Michael England and the Sinfonietta Cracovia. For a special performance at LSO St Luke's on day two, Brian Williams, aka Lustmord, makes a return after a 31-year absence with his dark atmospherics. His show will not only mark his debut London gig, but also the release of his new album 'The Word as Power'. The German Durian Brothers present a vinyl and elastic band fuelled set (seriously) at Corsica on Sat Sep 28 and to close things at Café Oto, Napalm Death founder Nicholas Bullen performs a rare dark ambient, dub-inflected, post-industrial set.
