Back with their first new material since 1995, the recent 'Rock & Roll Submarine' album, but (still) minus original troubled drummer Blackie Onassis, the Tarantino-aided Chicago quartet are back on the road, showing off their hook-heavy, pin-sharp blend of Cheap Trick, The Who and Badfinger, which ran so counter to prevailing tide when they emerged during grunge's peak.
