It's a good thing Paul Zervas isn't called Mr Salt, otherwise there'd be a serious risk of this folk-rock duo getting mixed up with a certain classic New York rap crew. Cardiff musicians Zervas and Katherine Pepper – partners in life and music – perform charming, vaguely psychedelic sounds that hover between Fleetwood Mac, Fairport Convention and Midlake.
