For those not in the know, chromotherapy (or colour therapy) is a practice that claims to balance your energy using colour and light. Does it work? We couldn’t possibly say. But it sure does look pretty, as Greenwich’s NOW Gallery is set to prove with a new immersive chromotherapy exhibition entitled ‘Harmonics in Space’.

Running from Wednesday February 28 (aka today) to April 29, the free exhibition by artist Fred Butler will feature a number of ‘healing spheres’ filled with lights. Visitors will be invited to put their heads inside and reap the colourful benefits.

Check it out below.
