There's only one way to celebrate Time Out’s 50th birthday – with an epic party on Saturday September 29 at Kings Cross' Granary Square. And because every epic party needs an endless succession of bangin' tunes, we’re excited to announce that Hot Chip’s Alexis Taylor will deliver a headline DJ set on the night.
The music line-up has been put together in partnership with King’s Cross music mecca Spiritland, and Alexis will be joined on disc-spinning duties by fellow ace DJs Michelle Kelly, Mr Shiver and Anne Frankenstein. So there’s no chance of anyone failing to feel ready for the floor – sorry! – on the night.
But DJs won’t be the only folks getting the party popping. You’ll able be able to lip sync like a boss alongside The Glory, hear London's coolest choir Some Voice belt out Bowie, and check out the Southbank Centre's incredible troupe of dancers. Factor in the city’s tastiest street eats and coolest cocktails, and this bash becomes one you definitely won’t want to miss.
