After putting on immense shows in Glasgow, Birmingham and Cardiff over the past few weeks, global superstars Kendrick Lamar and SZA are stopping by north London this week for the final UK shows on their current Grand National world tour. 

If you weren’t already aware, the stars and long-term collaborators combined forces after the release of their recent albums (SZA’s SOS Deluxe: LANA and Kendrick’s GNX) to create a joint world tour, performing their greatest solo and joint hits in stadiums across the world.

Now, it’s London’s turn to witness what is officially the highest-grossing co-headlining tour of all time (beating Beyonce and Jay Z’s 2018 tour). The pair will play two huge shows here in the capital city, this is everything you need to know.

Doors are set to open at 5pm with curfew at 10.30pm.

Based on their UK shows so far, you can expect Kendrick Lamar and SZA to come on stage between 7.45pm and 8pm.

DJ Mustard, the American DJ and producer who helped create Kendrick’s huge hit ‘Not Like Us’, has been opening for the duo across all their UK dates.

What’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s bag policy?

If you want to bring a bag into the stadium, it can’t be any larger than A4 size. 

Banned items

Obviously, anything dangerous, hazardous, explosive or sharp won’t be allowed into the stadium. And you can’t take in any of your own food or drink, either. This is the full list of prohibited items at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. 

  • Bottles of any kind, glass vessels, cans, flasks
  • Food (discretion may be shown for children’s snacks)
  • Liquids of any kind
  • Umbrellas of any size
  • Laptop Sleeves larger than 37cm x 31cm in size and any laptop bags
  • Flares, smoke canisters, air horns, laser devices
  • Unlicensed musical instruments and other devices capable of causing a disturbance or nuisance
  • Darts, frisbees (and similar items)
  • Dangerous or hazardous items
  • Illegal substances
  • Fireworks, flares, explosives or ammunition
  • Knives, blades, firearms and weapons of any kind
  • Scooters, skateboards and other skates
  • Flags, signs or banners (no posters bigger than A3)
  • Flagpoles greater than 1m in length 
  • Spray paint, large industrial style ‘permanent’ marker pens
  • Transmitting devices
  • Professional cameras (including cameras with interchangeable lenses) and recording devices
  • Unauthorised fliers, illegal merchandise items, illegal charity collection utensils

Weather forecast

London’s weather has been pretty changeable over the past few days. Here’s the forecast for Kendrick and SZA’s gigs. 

  • On the evening of Tuesday July 22, north London is set to be sunny and reach a temperature of around 21C.
  • The Met Office predicts that it’ll be a similar case on Wednesday July 23, but with a slightly higher chance of rain.
