The countdown is on. Over the next three months hundreds of thousands of fans in bucket hats and parkas will be congregating at London’s Wembley Stadium to finally see a reunited Oasis perform in the capital for the first time in 16 years – and night one is just a matter of days away. 

Wembley is the biggest venue that the Gallagher brothers and co will be playing at for their reunion tour. The only time that Oasis has ever played to a bigger crowd was when they performed two legendary shows at Knebworth in 1996, when there was an estimated 125,000 fans in attendance each night.

What’s Wembley Stadium’s capacity? 

When you include all the people that’ll be in the standing area at the Oasis gig, Wembley Stadium can accommodate a whopping 90,000 people, making it the biggest venue on the reunion tour. 

Over the band's seven nights at Wembley Stadium they'll play to a total of around 630,000 people.
