One of America's greatest living songwriters, 76-year-old Paul Simon, has just announced that he'll be playing what's being called a 'farewell show' in Hyde Park this summer on Sunday July 15th.

It's the last date to be announced in the annual British Summer Time series, which has already dropped headline gigs from Roger Waters, The Cure, Eric Clapton, Michael Bublé and Mister I-won-all-the-Grammys-this-year (aka Bruno Mars).

With an overflowing back catalogue of hits like 'Bridge Over Troubled Water', 'Still Crazy After All These Years', 'Graceland' and more, plus a huge following in the UK, this is bound to be a highly desirable show. So stay on top of tickets, which go on pre-sale here from Thursday 9am, and then on general sale here from Friday 9am.

Now, who fancies a game of basketball?
