Three things you won't want to miss in London this Friday

1. Open Senses arts festival is returning for a second year. But first, the organisers want you to sense-check their plans at 'Open Senses: Ideas in Progress'. See artists, musicians, animators and more present their sensory experiments, then give ’em your two cents at Rich Mix from 7:30pm. Tickets cost between £8-£10.

2. Get competitive at Queens Skate Dine Bowl's 'Winter Games'. The mock Winter Olympics 'try-athalon' will test groups at curling, ice hockey and 'human curling' (a game where you fling yourself across some ice in a rubber ring). Grab some mates and book your slot from 5pm for £35.

3. Save leeks and legumes from landfill at the 'Pay as you Feel Market', a fruit and veg market where the price you pay is completely up to you. Go on, give all that perfectly imperfect produce a home by heading along to the Bean Shed at St John's Church in Hoxton from 11am.
