Day After The Dead Party

Normally, Monday nights out in Soho are pretty, well, dead. But all that's changing with this Mexican style afterparty that's perfect for die-hard fans of mezcal. Edinburgh cocktail slingers Panda & Sons are doing a one night residency at Soho's Dram Bar the night after Day of the Dead. They'll create a special menu of tipples based around Zacal mezcal, which is made the hills of Sahuayo, Michoacán, birthplace of Mexican Day of the Dead tradition. And since they're famed for Frankenstein's lab-worthy techniques like freeze-drying and cryo-concentration, their cocktail experiments should be electrifying.
