Time Out says

What is it?

When Rotherhithe superclub Printworks closed down in 2023, it left a gaping hole in London's nightlife offering. So the arrival of new nightlife destination Exhibition White City is welcome news. It’s masterminded by Broadwick, the company behind both Printworks (which is due to return in 2026) and Drumsheds, and it’s a bold bid to shift London’s nightlife centre of gravity away from hyped east London and towards the under-considered west. Once a TfL engine house, this Victorian brick building is now a cavernous venue for nightlife events of every flavour.

Why go?

Because it’s a stunning warehouse space with bags of room for dancing, mingling, and getting in on London's cutting-edge nightlife. This 2,800 capacity space bills itself as a space for live music and events, as well as fashion and culture. So far, the programming is a bit sporadic, but has included names such as afro-beats star Davido, clubnight RnB and Slow Jams, grimes artist Chip, and DJ Trixie Mattel.

Don’t miss:

This venue is part of a wider redevelopment of White City, so don't forget to take in some of the other sights of the BBC’s former HQ.

When to visit:

Opening times vary by event.

Time Out tip:

Tell your friends that this brick building featured as the Acme Factory in the iconic cult classic ‘Who Framed Roger Rabbit?’
