Could I love this place more? Probably not.

Joe's is always busy, always fun and a guaranteed great night after every other bar has closed its doors.

It's got a great atmosphere too - people are friendly and willing to chat and the swing music gets everyone in a good mood. On one particular evening I found myself being thrown around the dancefloor by an 80 year old man in a dinner jacket. Bizarre but brilliant.

The staff are nice if you are which I think is the same for most bars in London. Don't be an idiot and you'll be served quickly and with a smile. Same for the bouncers - very reasonable and cheerful always.

It's open til 3 which is pretty decent and it'll be my last stop shop of choice for a good few years to come yet!

The music was great but the thing that lets it down was the door staff and staff and one or two shady characters lurking about. Avoid!

I've never been before 11pm so don't know what the bar is worth in the early evening but it's one of my favourite places to go to after the pubs have closed. Okay, the main reason for that is that it's ten minutes walk away from home so going there with my housemates or boyfriend is always a comfortable option. I think the entrance fee – when there is one – doesn't go over £3. The music is always good to dance to, mostly rockabilly and other genres attached to rock'n'roll.

I'd never start off here, but definitely a great option for the end of the night. Great music and a really fun crowd. Fast drink service and a good mix of people... also lots of places to take a seat... Gets going after midnight. Don't bother getting there anytime before, you'd be wasting your time.

Bouncers are simply rude and the prices are too expensive, toilets are crap. Once again, the worst thing of this place would be the bouncers who just think that they rule the world, I always respect doormen but these ones don't deserve any. If there was a minus star that'd be my choice!

My favourite place in London! By far! At the end of the night there isn't a better place to finish. Good music, good people, shame about the price of drink but hey! that's London.

DO NOT GO TO JOE'S. The drink I ordered tasted so odd that I was worried that either they made it wrong or that it was spiked. I asked them to change it and they refused in a very rude way. Not only was their rudeness unacceptable (given that they had probably made the drink wrong) but the risk that my drink had actually been spiked made their behaviour very irresponsible. It would have cost them very little to change the drink and would have been a good gesture of goodwill and important for safety where spiked drinks were concerned. Please go somewhere else where the staff are more friendly and you are looked after if you need it.
