Worst clubbing experience ever. First time going to the O2 Academy Islington - paid 16 quid for 2 tickets and 2.50 for one coat just to go into the room with 'pop music', even though we asked for tickets for Not Another Indie Disco. The woman at the till said they ran out of tickets so she just pointed out to the bouncer to let us in - but when we went to the club and weren't allowed in the room that we paid for, she ignored us and acted like we weren't there! The bouncer next her was extremely rude and didn't allow us to go anywhere - we were treated like shit and he just kept telling us to go away in a very rude away, then almost started a fight with the guy after us. The rest of the bouncers were lovely and after we spoke to them, they took as to a different room - and we had to physically leave the club for that! Once we went into Not Another Indie Disco, with the time being half 11... It was empty, except for the staff. Literally, not a living soul - when we were at the cheesy room, we thought that it was dead, but going to Not Another Indie Disco was literally fucking empty!

I'm thankful to the super lovely bouncers who actually listened to us and took us to the right room - and big FUCK YOU to the cunt of a bouncer by the tickets, who really ruined our night, alongside the empty club.

Good potential from DJs. Unfortunately the 02 Islington venue attracted a default suburban crowd, alongside jobsworth security staff and overpriced spiris means we'll stick to east London.
