Office party season is here. And Winters of the World is aiming itself squarely at the corporate crowd with its bold gambit of turning Finsbury Square into a festive, globe-trotting playground for partygoers. For 16 days, the square becomes an immersive winter festival, whisking you through five different world destinations. Expect snow-kissed cabins, glowing woodland hideaways, alpine bars and enough twinkly lights to keep the festive glow going until at least February.
Food comes courtesy of Social Pantry, who are serving up wintery small plates inspired by cold-weather cuisines from around the world. Drinks lean heavily into the cosy cocktail category. And, entertainment including live music, roaming performers, and magicians who are bound to make coins appear from behind your ears (in a Christmassy way) are dotted throughout the space.
Then for competitive types, there's an après-ski zone is a highlight, with an ultra-satisfying Eisstock setup plus old school snow-sports arcade games for office rivals to duke it out, retro style.
