At 6pm, The Chilingirian Quartet (Levon Chilingirian, violin, Ronald Birks, violin, Susie Mészáros, viola, and cellist Philip De Groot) explores Haydn's link with the London audience in the 1790's. Haydn's String Quartet in C, Op 74 No 1; and String Quartet in E flat, Op 71 No 3. Later, at 7.15pm, the ensemble returns to play Enescu's String Quartet No 2; and Haydn's String Quartet in D, Op 71 No 2.
