London Sinfonietta invites you to immerse yourself in Europe's freshest electroacoustic sounds performed alongside music by Bernard Parmegiani, a composer who blazed a trail through the twentieth-century French scene. Bernard Parmegiani's Tape piece; Agata Zubel's 'Shades of Ice' (world premiere); Cezary Duchnowski's '151, 242, 333' (world premiere); Jexper Holmen's 'Marula' (world premiere); Bernard Parmegiani's Tape piece; and João Pedro Oliveira's 'Time Spell'. (Note: at 6.30pm, A pre-concert talk on European contemporary music from broadcaster Robert Worby. Plus, at 10pm take advantage of the free Late Lounge, an opportunity to listen to taped music from Bernard Parmegiani and Åke Palmerud in a laid-back, chilled out atmosphere.
