The Orlando Consort’s programme of music from 1250-1550 features beautiful religious works and lively secular pieces that document all aspects of food, including feasting, shopping, recipes and table manners. The choir's culinary journey takes it from medieval France to early renaissance Italy by way of Burgundy and England.
