Symphony of a Thousand

The Philharmonia Orchestra, Philharmonia Voices, BBC Symphony Chorus and Boys from the Chapel Choirs of Eton College under Lorin Maazel perform Mahler's Symphony No 8 ('Symphony of a Thousand'). With sopranos Sally Matthews, Ailish Tynan, Sarah Tynan, mezzo-sopranos Sarah Connolly and Anne-Marie Owens, tenor Stefan Vinke, baritone Mark Stone and bass Brindley Sherratt.
