The Grammy-nominated Tallis Scholars directed by Peter Phillips celebrate the work of Renaissance master Tomás Luis de Victoria in the 400th anniversary of his death. This programme pairs the Spanish composer's famous Lamentations, 'Vidi speciosam' and the Pentecost motet 'Dum complerentur' with works by fellow Renaissance composer Palestrina: 'Tribulationes civitatum'; 'Tu es Petrus'; 'Peccantem me quotidie'; and 'Dum complerentur'.
