I've tried a few yoga spots around London, and definitely Hotpod Yoga is one of my favourites! The hotpod is definitely a revolution of hot yoga providing an equally warm exercise environment. Not to mention that it is the cleanest, tidiest, most hygiene place I've been to practice yoga. There are a few locations but Hackney one is right by London Fields, very close to the station. They offer a variety of classes and it is available for all levels. The instructors are great. Be prepared for a full body workout and to sweat a lot. The dark space with the warm lights, the diffuser with some nice essential oils and the music make the experience even better. I really can't recommend this studio enough.

Hotpod yoga is definitely one of the better yoga studios in London. It's hot yoga not bikram, so the classes vary depending on the instructor but they are generally quite dynamic. The studio is easy to find and in a great location, near Londonfields/Hackney. The actual pod is hot (obviously) but also quite dark with some ambient lighting, and most classes have music as well so it's a really nice environment to practice in. The only bad thing about the studio is that the main door is locked about 5 minutes before the class begins as there are no reception staff or anything, so if you arrive late, you'll find yourself locked out - and as everyone will be in the pod nobody will hear you knocking!
