Fourth Plinth: Elmgreen & Dragset

The last Fourth Plinth commission was 'Powerless Structures, Fig 101' by the Scandinavian duo Elmgreen & Dragset. Referring to the tradition of equestrian statues the sculpture depicted a child on a rocking horse, whose pose gently mimicked that of a horseback hero.
