Action Park Cafe looks like a place with the venue of the sidewalk atmosphere to make eating out great fun. I love people watching!

Lovely setting spoiled by miserable service.

What's the point in having a range of beautiful cakes on display if the guy behind the counter huffs & puffs when you ask about them?

My first visit was lovely because a friendly lady was there and seemed very proud of the food and choice on offer and was telling us about events for children. It turned out to be an exception because every time since there is just a grumpy bloke who really doesn't seem to like dealing with people at all.

I saw him pounce on someone who walked in and headed for the toilets before they explained that they would like to wash their hands before ordering food. He said absolutely nothing in response.

Having 2 customers to attend to at one time should not present a service problem, but seemed a bit too much for this guy. He won't have to deal with this one again. Problem solved. What a shame though!
