Getting inspiration from the variety that "baccalà" can create, we like to surprise our guests with a variety of new flavours and let them enjoy simple and genuine gastronomic experiences.
Contemporary but true to our roots, baccalà offers seafood dishes prepared in front of you using local, seasonal and fresh produce from the sea and the garden. Our menu is seasonal, with daily specials prepared with the freshest produce. We also offer vegan and vegetarian dishes.
The wine list, a journey through 20 regions of Italy, is the core of our wine selection. Our wines are mostly from small winegrowers who respect and love their territory and share our values of taste, quality and sustainability. All our wine is found at the baccalà wine shop for your enjoyment at home.
