Bad Coffee

There’s nothing bad about Bad Coffee. This yellow-hued roastery and espresso bar in what feels like a storage unit is imbued with the impish spirit of Bart Simpson: its sunshine-coloured bags of coffee beans available to buy on-site have names like ‘Nat Has Her Beans’ (after Nat Has Herpes) and ‘Hi Babes!’. Its canary coffee cups are decorated with Simpson-like cartoon eyes and its interior is plastered with stickers and graffiti. The folk working here really know their beans and whatever you order – be it a cold brew with Oatly vanilla foam, or a cortado – it’s sure to be made to perfection. Also, if you buy a bag of beans you get a free drink – pretty good value if you ask us.
