Great little brunch place in Crouch End. Smoothies and pancakes are the go to.

Really lovely cafe to go have breakfast on a lazy sunday! Very busy on the weekend so get there early!

Waiters don't receive tips when you pay by card- even if you add the additional amount. In the past people could change breakfast items, eg. cheese instead of bread at no extra cost. Today I was told that if I order cheese instead of bread, I'll have to pay £1.50 extra. I won't return to a place that is this greedy.

Having neglected one of my favourite little brunch spots for a while, I paid a visit at the weekend with a group of friends. Despite it being super busy the friendly and welcoming waiter quickly accommodated all six of us. The menu is extensive from your standard English breakfast (my fave) to more Mediterranean vibes in line with the heritage of the mother and son who run the place. The drinks menu also doesn't disappoint either with a wide range of juices, smoothies, milkshakes and lovely Allpress coffee. My only nitpick is they should include two sausages and tomato on the full English!

Sit outside and if you wait long enough the entire cast of East enders will pass by.

The staff in here look after me as if they were friends. The service is impeccable, the décor is classy and comfortable and the food is amazing.

Our favourite local cafe. Wonderful food & hospitality. Slightly concerned at recent increase in price & declining portion sizes, but we are still fans!

Each of the three times I've been to Beam, I've only needed to read the menu as far as "Breakfast burrito". It's a brick of pure joy. The smoked salmon is delicious too - it's evident they don't skimp on quality.
Haven't tried anything else - and while the burrito's on the menu, I doubt I will, unfortunately.

An extensive menu heay on all day breakfasy dishes, wraps, salads - some Turkish twists and huge portions. Phenomenal service; you often have to queue, but do, it's worth the wait. Teas, coffees, smoothies, pastries too. And in the evening a smaller menu with a cheeky glass of vino see the noise and rush replaced by calm. The seating is arm chairs, chesterfields, mixed with trad dining suites: very eclectic.

Great service, the avocado Kiwi and mint smoothie never disappoints. Food is amazing from the Chicken Salad, to the Mediterranean breakfast. Eggs Benedict to the breakfast bap on a lightly toasted brioche bun with a swell chilli jam to accompany the bap, it will always impress.

This place is always packed out at the weekend. The coffee is delicious and the brunches are gorgeous. They have outdoor seating to watch the world go by, and the staff are really attentive. Great comfy chairs and a super vibe

Great food, reasonable prices and great staff. No one ever rushes you no matter how busy it is. I love it for brunch.

I love Beam, especially the Mediterranean Breakfast. They're really friendly, it's a good size, and so very buggy friendly too - useful for Crouch End.

Recommend the Mediterranean breakfast. Good wholesome food, reasonably priced

I love this place. They make you feel at home instantly. Extremely family friendly.

I strolled into Beam on a wonderfully sunny Sunday morning......and it completely blew me away. Prior to walking past this place, I had never heard of it before - but now I've tried it, there's no doubt I'd be coming back again. Having noticed a few different items on their vegetarian breakfast - i.e. filo pasty with spinach and feta // bubble and squeak - I decided to order it since it's always wonderful to be pleasantly delighted.

It certainly lived up to expectations and went beyond delighting. The vegetarian breakfast came with wholesome multi-grain artisan bread, that tasted a little like nutty sourdough. The hashbrowns were perfectly crisp and slightly oniony, in particular, my favourite was the filo pasty parcel which was incredibly crunchy and had it's filling seasoned to perfection...... The bubble and squeak was also incredibly enjoyable.

In terms of the setting, it was pretty good but it could be improved. I felt that whilst the place had some personality, it lacked maybe a sense of identity. The tables were also a little small for the large plates which they were serving the food on, and it attracted a very mixed crowd.

In general, I would certainly go back again. The other food on their menu looked interesting and I certainly look forward to try their non-breakfast food too.

Best breakfast in London ! I've not found anything nearly as good! Beam rocks!

Only eaten here once but loved the food and the atmosphere for a girly brunch. Can't wait to go back.
