Bears Ice Cream Company
Time Out says
The inspiration for this Shepherd’s Bush ice-cream parlour comes from Iceland, with that Nordic nation’s vibes teamed with seasonal English flavours. Its location right by Ravenscourt Park should ensure it does well in the summer.
The focus is on visitors creating their own cone (or cup). Options include apple crumble, salted caramel, malted vanilla, chocolate brownie, peanut butter, strawberry and thyme and gingerbread and banana. Extras and toppings range from meringue and fresh fruit to cornflakes, nuts, popcorn, popping candy and fudge.
There’s a cute little garden outside, and seating inside, too.
In Iceland (although you might not expect it) us Icelandic people love ice cream all year long. Come storm or snow, we will still be lining up in our local ice cream shop for a delicious treat!
Icelandic ice cream shops are completely different from the typical Gelateria or Sundae shops you will find in London.
The focus has always been on very high quality soft serve ice cream and serving it in interesting ways letting the customer tailor their flavours or go for something straight from the menu.
