In November, Beaujolais Nouveau celebrations break out all over Lyons, as this fast-made red wine is released just weeks after the grapes have been harvested. Lately, the festivities have been spreading to London too. And if you want to get a taste of this Lyonnaise tradition, then east London's The Buxton is a delicious place to do it. This year, they're collaborating with award-winning Lyons restaurant Le Kitchen, which will make its one-night-only London debut with a four course menu by chef Connie Zagora. This celebration of organic regional produce will be accompanied by plenty of vin once the tables are cleared.
