Lovely pub, cosy and great if going for pre-theatre drinks or just to meet friends.
Staff are absolutely fabulous, warm, friendly, and can't do enough for you, service is brilliant.
Gorgeous food which you can eat in the wonderful restaurant, or at your table while drinking with friends.
Can't recommend highly enough - Good Luck Black Lion!!

Best Sunday roast in London, this place is excellent. Friendly staff and top class food.

There's a few good pubs in Kilburn but the Black Lion stands from them for ll the good reasons! The personal touch the staff has makes you feel very welcome, great food, super quiz on Tuesdays, nice things on like wineclub and live music, busy with good atmosphere but never feels crowded. The decor inside the pub is absolutely stunning

Couldnt think of any better pub to have as a local!

Best Sunday roast in North West London (if not the whole of the U.K.). Incredible service to boot!!

Without a doubt the Black Lion Kilburn does the best Sunday roast in London lead by an outstanding chef and fabulous waiting team.

The Black Lion in Kilburn is a bang up public house with solid beer options and a cozy open fire area. Recommended if you're looking for a middle-class evening with bookish moustachioed types. Also the only place in Kilburn that would turn a blind eye to drinkers who appeared underage and had 'forgotten' their driver's licenses, making it very popular with the 16-17 year olds living near by.

David Mitchell has been sighted by myself and by acquaintances at different times, so a possible local? David Mitchell stalkers (and the more diehard Peep Show fans) will no doubt be onto this hangout by now anyway. Matt 'Superhans' King, another Peep Show cast member and friend of David Mitchell's, also frequents the Good Ship club, right across the road. Robert Webb is too busy watching re-runs of his three hosted series of BBC3's Great Movie Mistakes (the ones before them three couch potato twats took over proceedings) to be seen in places of drinking.
