If you don’t have room for dessert, make room. Blu Top churns tub after tub of creamy frozen goods, and squidges them between soft-baked cookies. An ice cream sandwich smothered in caramel is obviously the prettiest option (if such things are important to you) but skipping the biscuits means you might have space for a second flavour. Which should be carrot cake, if they haven’t run out of it.
