Time Out says

Anyone who remembers Bob’s 1957 VW camper van on London’s street-food scene will be chuffed to see it installed as part of the fixtures and fittings in their bricks-and-mortar site under the arches between the Shard and Bermondsey Street. Billed as a ‘Wine Bar & Kitchen’, the new spot serves up many of the old van classics (lobster and crab rolls, tuna tacos, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese) alongside shrimp and grits, tea-infused chicken thighs with anchovy salsa verde, cheeseburgers and flashy items such as seared scallops with cauliflower purée, mushrooms and bacon. Veggies and vegans with a taste for kale are in for a treat, while sweet-tooths can get their fix from chocolate brownies or lime and coconut pie. The camper van also hosts a ‘buck a shuck’ oyster happy hour (4pm-6pm, Mon-Fri).
