I work in the area and have been visiting them since the beginning. I love the fresh look and friendly staff. The food is rich in flavour and very satisfying. Just stepped in on Friday night and the atmosphere was very joyful with a live DJ. I will definitely take the family there on a weekend if I am out and about in London. My favourite dish is definitely the goat curry and the tuna bowl.

Looking for a quick bite for dinner in Soho, and found this new restaurant off Dean Street. Love their Asian bowls, I ordered a tuna poke and pork belly bao. The tuna is very good quality, and the manager told me the tuna is 'sashimi-grade', and the portion is generous considering the price. Great value for money. Will definitely come back for lunch.

I work in the area and I have seen the changes BOWLS did, which is great. Now it’s a lovely vibrant venue. A great addition to the soho area, serving South East Asian and Caribbean food to the locals. The curry goat and Laksa were outstanding. I heard they will be doing order to collect soon, definitely my new lunch spot.

Well... I came here a few weeks ago in fact during their opening to see what this fusion of flavours would entail. We were curious and excited by the concept of carribean and Asian cuisine...... It didn't work.

It didn't work because nothing tatsed good. We orded the jerk bowl (greedy bowl) and the fried plantain wasn't plantain at all but a small banana they had grilled. That is the worst thing you could ever do.. Pretend a banana is plantain. I know the difference as its in my diet and has been since birth.

Secondly the rice was microwaveable rice... I mean how? How can they begin to justify that?.....

The clams which came with the padron peppers were tasteless... Actually tasteless.

My friend's pho had different types of noodles in them as they'd clearly run out of the authentic kind.

The only thing I ate which was fine was the sweetcorn. It promised some avocado butter but it was just pure avocado blops on it... At least the corn was sweet which was a surprise to us all at this point.

The service was slow and not attentive at all. I waited for almost an hour for my food and only got it when I asked the manager where it was... He then had to reorder it for me. I mean the whole experience was a shambles and the food unexciting and badly executed.. There's supposed to be a difference between the greedy bowls which are the main meals and the tiny bowls, but there wasn't. There was price wise but that's it.. Small bland bowls of disappointment. I won't be back that's for sure.
