Launched by Wagamama's Alan Yau, the Busaba (it's the name of a Thai flower) Eathai (that part is self-explanatory) chain has followed the former noodle bar's success. It focuses on a diverse but simple menu (stir-frys, salads, noodles, Thai curries) in a casual environment that attracts a largely young clientele. Asian-inspired juices and smoothies complement the food and seating is at large, wooden communal tables.
