Time Out says
There's solid choice at this café close to London Bridge station - think pasta, paella, caff classics, salads and a number of ciabattas and wraps. Jugs of sangria prove popular come summertime, too.
Café Brood says
Started in 1999 by Mark Stembridge, Café Brood is now an institution within Borough Market serving their famous paella, Catalan stew, chorizo and mezze amongst many other dishes. Everything is prepared and cooked outside on charcoal grills, creating a wonderful theatre for our customers.
