Cafe from Crisis
Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
Set up to help homeless people and ex-offenders into sustainable work, the Cafe from Crisis produces a range of own-made sandwiches, salads, snacks and other dishes sourced seasonally, locally and ethically where possible.
Since 2004 the Cafe from Crisis has helped over 130 people to start working, and currently places two people a month in to employment.
Cafe from Crisis says
We're an award-winning training cafe open to the public since 2004. We're part of UK homeless charity Crisis and support homeless people and ex-offenders into work.
We serve healthy, freshly made food and drink and at good value for money. Our coffee is from Essex-based roaster Modern Standard.
