Never been so disappointed the starter was so poor the pizzas were Luke warm and the sweet we sent back absolute rubbish no wonder it was empty

You’d think any eejit could rustle up spag bol and a pizza but so many things went wrong it was almost comical. When the spaghetti arrived it was full of large lumps of cheap tasting mince, overcooked on the outside and pink in the middle. It took the waiter six attempts to remember to bring parmesan and pepper, this in an empty restaurant. The pizza didn’t materialise. When we asked why, they’d forgotten to put the goats’ cheese on, then said they didn’t have any and finally produced a cold, burnt offering. A glass of wine had half an inch of sediment, toilets were functional but not fragrant but worst of all I was violently ill that night as my body sought to rid itself of the dodgy mince.

In summary, the waiter was incapable, kitchen inept, wine disgraceful and food overdone and downright dangerous. Do yourself a favour and give it a miss.

Went to café mode, Dury Lane for pre show dinner on 10 Nov 2014. What a disaster! There were 6 in our party on a birthday celebration. The staff's English was not brilliant. We ordered, and after 45 min our main course arrived.[we had skipped starters] It was luke warm ! We sent back 4 out of 6 meals. The 2 meals that were accepted were Lasagne which in my opinion were not nearly hot enough, but our guests did not want to make a fuss. The second attempt arrived some 25 mins later. Should not have bothered! The Pizza had been put in a microwave so was now soggy and not really hot. It also did not have the correct not having topping. The other 3 meals which were burgers and chips had been replaced but again were not remotely hot or appetising. By now it was 7 pm with the show beginning at 7.30.We asked for the bill, paid a percentage ,told them their food was rubbish and left.  There was another customer disputing the bill, they had also sent back their meal and the second meal was just as cold. I told them to pay the amount they thought it was worth in cash and leave.

My guess is that the food is not being prepared on the premises, its too cold and this would account for the long wait.

Would I go back?

Not if wild horses tried to drag me.
