A mother-daughter brunch with my best friend and her mum couldn't have been better! I opted for a restaurant close to campus so I could get back to work after and because this was a new opening. I really liked the atmosphere because it felt so big and spacious, it was well lit and had good ventilation, and the decor was cute.

We got a table at the back of the restaurant, which was quieter so we could chat. Lovely service overall and the food was delicious! I went for the Grilled Aubergine and added some Lamb Sausage on top. This was served with a slice of toasted sourdough rubbed with some vibrant spices, which gave the whole dish excellent flavour! It was super filling with a poached egg on top too and just overall brilliant taste.

My mum went for what looked like an Asian-inspired dish that resembled Kimchi fried rice - the flavours were rather East Asian in taste. It was equally delicious and I even had her poached egg too!

This wasn't my first time trying Caravan and I'm glad I came back to try something new because they impressed yet again! So glad this place is close to campus!
