Time Out says
Friendly warning! We're working hard to be accurate. But these are unusual times, so please check that venues remain open.
A Harrow Indian restaurant specialising in Vegetarian food from South India, with a focus on dosa. According to the blurb on their website, all their chefs are from Chennai, which means the food should be nice and authentic.
You'll certainly get plenty of opportunity to check if you try the all-you-can-eat buffet option. Expect dishes such as uthappam, vegetarian curries, sweets, rice and even upma – a traditional South Indian breakfast a bit like porridge. The dosa dishes at the buffet are served hot and fresh to order.
The a la carte menu looks keenly priced. Options range from chilli paneer, bhel poori and samosas to vegetable biriyani and a selection of deep-fried lentil doughnuts (vadai). It's mostly about the dosas though, with more than 35 variants on offer. Desserts include rasmalai and matka kulfi.
Our special south Indian buffet has been very popular in the last ten years. We think it's because we are one of only a few restaurants in the world where freshly made, unlimited dosas are made and served to order.
