This café opened early in 2013 and has been satisfying Muswell Hillbillies ever since with its artisanal, own-made breads and pastries, sold all day, takeaway or eat-in. At weekends the menu shifts to an all-day brunch menu, and reservations are required. Dishes might include a meze-style selection of melon and hazelnut salad, avocado flavoured with lemon and dill, or french toast.

Being a local in Muswell Hill I've been meaning to try out this place for a while especially given the food looks so delicious and of the type that hits the spot for my tastes. From expecting so much, I was disappointed by the pretentious atmosphere that I was met with upon entering and spending 10 minutes inside and cannot see myself going back regardless of how delicious the food and cakes look and smell. The owners themselves might be absolutely lovely and are obviously talented but the unjustified air of superiority within the Deli is uncomfortable and will be keeping me away.
Mouthwatering photos! The residents of Tetherdown and Muswell Hill are lucky to have Chriskitch on their doorstep. This amazing and famous chef, Christian Honor is a celebrity in his own right, and his ‘Chriskitch’ is going to take the neighbourhood by a storm.
