Cinquecento 500, makes pizza just like Nonna used to back in Italy. Our name gives reference to the temperature of our handmade ovens, blazing at 500 degrees to produce the indulgent flavours and textures of the infamous Neapolitan Pizza.
Located in the heart of Chelsea Green, 1 Cale St, SW3 3QT, we are bringing a truly authentic slice of Napoli to South West London.
Our head chefs Emanuele Tagliarina and Carmelo Meli are responsible for bringing Neapolitan pizza to the heart of London over a decade ago. Between them they have made over 1.5 million pizzas in the last ten years! You can watch our pizzaiolo’s in action in our beautiful open kitchen, you may also hear them singing too.
Our ingredients come straight from Nonna’s back garden, most being Denomination Origin Protected. On our pizzas you will find only Vesuvian San Marzano tomatoes and stone crashed flour in our 48 hour dough. Whilst Pizza is at the heart of our operation we also serve a varied menu of Italian antipasti, if Nonna made it, we serve it!
