A permanent residency in Bethnal Green from this pop up restaurant, serving pizza from a 2pm-12pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 70 percent of the ingredients are sourced locally, and they serve a weekly changing pizza special where half the ingredients are sourced in Italy, and the other half in east London – the idea being to get the customers to decide which are tastier.
