A fine-dining restaurant in Claridge's from the team behind NYC's Eleven Madison Park.
A restaurant at Claridge's hotel in Mayfair on the former site of Fera. From the team behind the iconic, three Michelin-starred Eleven Madison Park in New York, this is the first project in London for restaurateurs Will Guidara and Daniel Humm, who previously worked as a prep cook at the hotel. The kitchen is headed up by executive chef Dmitri Magi, who formerly worked at Eleven Madison Park, and focuses on fine-dining in modern surroundings.
