Bakeries are kind of a daytime thing, but that's all changing as tequila brand Espolòn brings a dose of spooky Mexican nightlife to Peckham cult pastry-makers Toad. Turn up to try Toad's limited edition Day of the Dead pastries including a savoury tamale-croissant and two kinds of pan de muerto and you'll get a free Paloma Espolòn cocktail. There'll be eerie decor to match, too, with skeletons perched outside and colourful banners and murals to light up this stretch of Peckham road. Just remember to show up long before sunset: Toad closes at 3pm, and the best bakes are likely to be gone by noon.
