London is currently awash with food markets; from Victoria to Paddington, Boxpark to Berwick St, you'd be hard-pressed to find a more eclectic & delicious city in the world in which to eat and not wanting to miss out on a piece of the pie (or burger or taco or pizza), Old Spitalfields Market can now be relied upon for a cracking jaunt around the world courtesy of their 40+ stalls, restaurants & pop-ups.

As one of the most indulgent and filthiest-but-meant-in-the-very-best-way options available, Dirty Bagels offers a meaty, saucy, messy dining experience that's worth tucking a napkin or six into your collar for. Shiny-skinned, chewy & affably delicious bagels encase generous fist-fulls of tender, juicy pulled pork, lavishly smothered with a sweet but tangy BBQ sauce and squished next to thick slices of melting cheese. Bread, meat, cheese - tick, tick, tick for all the most important food groups, right?

It's not fancy, it won't take long to eat and as a perfect hangover food, I reckon it'd take some beating but don't let any of those things put you off because quality bagels of the dirtiest kind are hard to come by but reassuringly easy to remember when they're as good as these bad boys.
