Introducing Leicester Square’s newest fine dining destination: Skewd Kitchen, the multi-award-winning restaurant from the Fire & Ice Group. Showcasing modern Anatolian cuisine through an inspired menu where every ingredient is cooked by fire, paired with vibrant ambience and award-winning innovation, Skewd delivers the ultimate bespoke dining experience in the heart of London’s West End. And the head chef Maz was also named 'Chef of the Year' at the British Kebab Awards in 2024.

With a modern take on classical Turkish dining, this restaurant celebrates culinary craftsmanship through elevated dishes and carefully sourced ingredients – and it shows.

Menu highlights include the signature Lamb Shish, the show-stopping Ocean Kebab (a mixed seafood skewer), the richly flavoured Adana Kebab (with minced lamb), and vibrant mezze platters. All of this is cooked over open fire, whether on the traditional mangal or in the charcoal oven, staying true to its Anatolian roots.

Nestled inside the iconic Horizons Casino, Skewd is also a feast for the eyes. A contemporary setting is enhanced by striking wall art from the renowned artist Mr. Lee, a state-of-the-art bar serves next-level cocktails and premium wines, the private dining roioms are ready for a party, and the spacious terrace places you right in the heart of the West End’s electric atmosphere. Visiting at the weekend? Expect live DJs to set the perfect soundtrack between dinner and a show.

And that's not all. Skewd Asia – the restaurant group's latest concept – is set to open in autumn 2025. 

For the past 1,000 years, the Turks have called Anatolia home, shaping and being shaped by the rich culinary and cultural heritage of the region. But the story stretches further back, rewind another millennium and the Turks trace their roots to Central Asia, with influences woven through Korean, Japanese and Mongolian traditions.

Skewd Asia will bring this journey to life, presenting a menu and atmosphere inspired by the migration, exchange, and fusion of cultures across continents. Each dish reflects a step in this thousand-year journey to Anatolia. Fire & Ice Group are dubbing it 'a living story told through fire, flavour and innovation'.
