Time Out says

Expect all manner of vegetable-based delights at this Holloway Road café - it's veggie and vegan all the way. Whether they make converts out of those frequenting the kebab shop right next door remains to be seen, but it makes for an amusing juxtaposition, either way.

It's a regularly-changing menu but healthy salads, stews, quiches, soups and vegan burgers are the kinds of thing to expect, though a good coffee selection is a draw, too. There's also indulgence, with some great-looking cakes, pastries and brownies appealing from behind the counter.

Keep an eye out for brunch and all-day breakfasts on the weeked – they prove pretty popular.

I’m so happy to have this veggie café near my flat!!£6 for the EZ & Moss Breakfast, with two soft boiled eggs, tomatoes and cucumber, English cheese and toast!!It really was a treat, and even the meat loving boyfriend was more than happy with the avocado on toast with feta.A cool little café to have on the Holloway Road with great coffee.

Excellent brunch menu with reasonable prices and delicious coffee! Small place with good vibes; arrive early to secure your table here.

Delicious coffee, a great brunch menu, and a cute setting with lovely little tables. I ordered the eggs with avocado, mushrooms and dukkah, which was truly delicious. My friend ordered one of the toasted sandwiches, which also looked very good. They have a range of interesting breakfast and lunch options on the menu, so I'll definitely be returning to try more.

It's as good as it gets for someone like me who eat meat. Everything I tried was delicious & their coffee is excellent.

Love this place so much. Great veggie food. Awesome cakes and lovely coffee. The staff is so nice as well!

I love every thing about it, best coffee in London!!, excellent food, (best avocado on toast, best scramble eggs ever, best croissants, best cheese chilli sandwich, best french toast,) and the special for the lunch menu is great every day. And of course every one who works there is so friendly and nice. My favourite place in London. !!!

Everything they do is spot on! wonderful food & coffee in a fantastic atmosphere.

The best cinnamon and walnut streusel brioche, tasty veggie burger, excellent toasted goats' cheese and pear chutney sandwich and good coffee

Best coffee shop in London. Truly independent, all the food and cakes made there and then by the amazing chef. Best coffee too.

Cafe has a great vibe with very friendly staff. Food is always fresh with seasonal ingredients. Also they make the best matcha latte in town. They also make their own almond late which is hard to find. Also they have excellent choice of breakfast. Thank you for being great cafe!

The atmosphere, food flavours and quality are all super amazingly cool and tasty.

Excellent coffee and fantastic food.
I wasn't a regular coffee drinker until I tried theirs and realised what coffee could taste like.

Holloway Road has an abundance of cafes now, so to stand out amongst them is a difficult feat. At first sight, a veggie/vegan cafe with a "Coffee Diversion" sign outside was a bit too edgy for me, but after going in for a healthy brunch I couldn't have been happier about my choice!

With a pretty extensive menu with both veggie and vegan options, I was spoilt for choice with the choices available. Quinoa and lentil burger, grilled sandwiches, egg based brunches and soups - a great selection that doesn't make you feel jealous of your standard fry ups!

The cafe itself is fairly small, but they make good use of the space and squeeze in plenty of seating, so in the several hours we were in there not one person was turned away because of a lack of seats (maybe they were just lucky!)

All in all, a great addition to Holloway Road and one which I'll be coming back to frequently!

This cafe is really cosy, warm enviornment. U can sit, read and day dream there is no hurry. The hot chocolate is yum too.

My favourite local for best coffee in the area & delicious food to go along with it. This place has fantastic vibes so I'm a fan and often be here either working or enjoying a delicious brunch with friends on a weekend. Keep up the good work guys!

My favourite cafe in the area. Great and healthy food, really nice staff and always a good vide.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Staff are always lovely and attentive. Free wifi!

That's my favourite local, with friendly staff ,very very good coffee, delicious food and cakes all made in house and most of all vegetarian!

Lovely cafe with welcoming owners and staff. Even when they get really busy. Great veggie, vegan and gluten free options. Really good proper coffee, homemade almond milk, homemade food that means it's like eating at your mate's or your mum's house. Local favourite.

Cosy Berlin-esque cafe - great decor, delicious coffee and the best avocado on toast you'll ever gobble up. And their playlist is Shazam's marketing team's dream.

Lovely lad back atmosphere, stripped back decor with occasional flourishes and a wall of Shakespeare quotes to stare at. Delicious food pips competitors.

High quality, fresh food. The porridge, Moroccan breakfast and vegan muffin are personal favs. Cool but unpretentious atmosphere. Great music - I'm even listening to paradise radio at home now!

Great place. Amazing veg/vegan food. Absolutely fabulous coffee (prob best in north ldn) & friendly atmosphere!

Great vegetarian cafe with cool atmosphere, love their veggie burger and the cakes ...and perfect coffee...will visit again.

I just finished the butternut squash and sweet potato soup with a a dollop of yogurt and two slices toasted brown bread. Whilst it's a nice hot bowl of soup, the flavours don't particularly stick out and £4.5 is a bit much. There are also other nice-sounding veg sandwich and quiche options (and a quinoa and lentil burger) but the sour faces of most of the staff are a turnoff.
